Yeast Nutrient enhances yeast growth in fermentation. It's a blend of diammonium phosphate and urea. Add 1/2 tsp per gallon for heavy wines and 1 tsp for lighter ones. Limit dosage to 1-1/2 tsp per gallon. Add later during stuck fermentation. Its purpose is to provide balanced nutrients to yeast and ensure a successful fermentation.
