Yeast Energizer is a blended complex yeast nutrient. The recommended usage is 35-40 grams per hectoliter (g/hL) per addition. It supports yeast growth in low to moderate nitrogen conditions and provides a balanced mix of inorganic nitrogen (diammonium phosphate), organic nitrogen (from wine yeast), and the essential vitamin thiamine. The maximum allowed dosage in the EU is 40 g/hL.
